Our purpose

BistroBooks was created with the realities of restaurant management in mind. Our goal is to make restaurant administration easier to understand, easier to complete and easier to review — without requiring managers to work across numerous spreadsheets, books and disconnected systems.

BistroBooks aims to give restaurant teams clearer records, better oversight and more time to focus on running their business.

Free Early Access

BistroBooks is currently available as part of a free early-access release. During this period, users may create an account and use the available features without paying a subscription fee or providing payment information.

The early-access period allows BistroBooks to test the platform in real restaurant environments, identify and correct technical problems, improve existing functions, develop new features, gather feedback from restaurant owners and managers, and prepare the platform for its official commercial release.

Users are encouraged to report errors and provide constructive feedback.

Future subscription plans

BistroBooks may introduce optional paid subscription plans in the future. Some features may remain free, while advanced features, additional stores, higher usage limits or premium services may become available through paid plans.

No user will be enrolled in a paid subscription or charged automatically merely because they participated in the free early-access period. Users will be required to actively select a paid plan and authorise payment before any subscription charge is processed.

Important notice

BistroBooks is a management and record-keeping platform. It is not a registered accounting, tax, legal or labour-advisory practice. Information and reports generated through BistroBooks should be reviewed for accuracy before being used for tax submissions, payroll, employment decisions, accounting records or other legal and financial purposes.

Where professional advice is required, users should consult a suitably qualified accountant, tax practitioner, labour adviser or attorney.
